Project Overview

Acting on behalf of UBS Triton Property Fund, B Melling Building Contractors were appointed to undertake the proposed landlord works at Grand Junction Retail Park in Crewe. The scope of the project comprised the full redevelopment of an existing retail unit to accommodate a new Burger King drive-through and restaurant facility.

In addition to the internal conversion works, the project included significant external alterations, namely the reconfiguration of the existing car park to form a purpose-built drive-through lane tailored to the operational needs of the new restaurant. The works were delivered in accordance with the client’s programme and design specifications, with careful coordination to minimise disruption across the live retail environment.
