Pedmore House, Brierley Hill (North Block)

This project involved comprehensive external refurbishment works to the North Block of Pedmore House, located at Waterfront East, Level Street, Brierley Hill. The scheme was successfully delivered within a fully occupied building, requiring careful coordination, phased access, and close liaison with occupants to ensure minimal disruption throughout the works.
Scope of Works

• Full perimeter scaffold erected to all elevations, providing safe access for inspection and works while maintaining public safety.
• Roof repair and refurbishment, including the installation of new GRP high-profile valley kits to replace deteriorated valley details.
• Installation of eaves ventilation packs to improve airflow and prevent condensation within roof voids.
• Removal and replacement of all defective rainwater goods (gutters and downpipes) with durable, high-performance systems to match existing profiles.
• Extensive external redecoration of over 800 windows and doors, utilising specialised Cromadex high-performance coatings to deliver a robust and visually consistent finish.
